These are all fakes! And mostly bad news
There are dozens of others. (Try googling for images under the phrase fake security center or fake security alert and you will see many, many others.) These fake security alerts can look like almost anything. They can fool into believing they are a message from Norton, McAfee, Windows Security Center, or most anything at all. Their real power lies in the fact that most computer users won't recognize them as fakes.

- Get you to actively download more malware (for even worse purposes)
- and cause pure malicious mischief
